MMD, a brand licensing partner for Philips monitors, is expanding its range of 4K UHD displays. With a picture diagonal of 108 cm (43 inches), the new Philips BDM4350UC is the largest monitor in the series. The exuberant screen area offers plenty of space, while the Philips MultiView feature allows you to view images of up to four computers or other devices in Full HD on the screen at the same time.
The new Philips BDM4350UC uses an IPS panel for 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels) image display. This brings advantages in a variety of applications. Whether users have high demands on detailed data for professional CAD solutions, use 3D graphics, or work with giant spreadsheets, the additional space and the high-detail images contribute to higher productivity, according to MMD.

Whether users work alone or in a team, the wide viewing angles are intended to allow a detailed and color-accurate image from almost any perspective. The ultimate frame makes it possible for those who like it even more to place two 43-inch displays side by side for an extra-wide panorama experience.
The 43-inch 4K UHD screen provides plenty of room to display multiple windows and applications at the same time. For situations where multi-source information needs to be queried and tracked at the same time, the MultiView feature allows you to display image signals from up to four full-HD computer systems on one screen. The Picture-by-Picture (PbP) mode allows, for example, the display of various data in control rooms, such as traffic, weather, air traffic and building security. Pictures from four different surveillance cameras can also be viewed in Full HD on one screen. In the office, users can view content from up to four notebooks at the same time, making team meetings more enjoyable and productive. Another possibility is the Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode,

A variety of modern connectivity options, including HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 2.1 and MHL, offer users great flexibility and the ability to connect mobile devices to the monitor. The contents of the gadgets can be viewed on the large display and the rechargeable battery can be recharged at the same time. The new DisplayPort and HDMI 2.0 connectors provide maximum 4K resolution at 60 Hz for a comfortable visual experience, while the USB 3.0 connection provides high-speed data transfer while maintaining universal connectivity.
Initially, gamers had a lot of doubts about whether the 40 "monitor Philips BDM4065UC would actually be suitable for games because of its MVA panel, although the tesresponse time (9 ms) and input lag (11 ms) were not outstanding But for the normal player it is still a good thing to play.

The BDM4350UC measures 43 inches in the diagonal, dissolves also in Ultra HD (3.840 x 2.160 pixels), but uses a different panel: While one of these sizes often encounter VA panels, an IPS panel is used here. The former are generally known for good contrast values, but these are at the expense of the reactivity. Perhaps this is why Philips is using an IPS panel. Subsequently, the manufacturer indicates the response time with 5 milliseconds. The refresh rate is in full resolution at 60 hertz, so basically synonymous playable. The BDM4350UC offers two ports for HDMI 2.0 and Displayport 1.2, as well as a VGA port. The pictures also show four stand feet, a height adjustment has to be dispensed with.
The monitor is currently listed in several online shops, the prices vary between 786 euros and 700 euros with a French dealer. After the smaller predecessor in the price comparison is now traded from about 650 euros, is initially more likely to start from a price in the direction of 800 euros. Originally, a Reddit user in Asia was noticed by his local dealer on the screen and had then asked the manufacturer himself. According to other Reddit users, Philips is planning availability from May or June. In the above-mentioned onlineshops the delivery is already dated to April.
